INTRODUCTION

OUR STORY

In 2010, Priscilla launched a gathering of women; young and old, with a few girls from her home church, with the vision of creating unity between the two age groups to achieve more for the community. She was drawn to the relationship between mother and daughter, having had her fair share of lessons from her relationship with her mother. She envisioned a relationship that would be strengthened and inspired through life's journey and impacting the generations that follow. That's how The Shine Project was born.

Priscilla noticed a lack of such women's movements in her hometown and she launched a conference themed 'Beautiful, Free & Fabulous' in 2012. Many young and older women came together, were inspired and impacted to live lives bigger than themselves.

Priscilla realised there was a hunger and opportunity to make an impact in the lines of women through sharing the Word of God and just coming together for a cup of tea.

She then went on to host several events over the years Tea Party, Beautiful Mom & the recent Her Unseen Worth, to name a few.

This space is the ongoing realisation of that vision.

It's a celebration of womanhood at all aspects of their lives. The different transitions and different roles that women play to contribute to life: from getting an education, building a career, raising children, building relationships and pursuing their dreams.

Our content will feature inspirational words from the Bible, issues such as relationships to children, tips and more.
